KID-FIT, Physical Education Classes for Preschoolers Since 1993 |

KID-FIT is a physical education curriculum for children ages 2-5. It was designed by fitness professionals to address the growing concern for preschool children’s health and well-being.
The KID-FIT program consists of 9 different sessions during the year that teach about various body systems. Children learn about their heart, lungs, bones, muscles, brain, skin, eyes, ears and more through fun games and lively children’s music. Little ones enjoy a balanced exercise class that includes all the basic components of fitness - aerobic exercise, strength training and flexibility. Through the use of fun props children learn clear educational goals about how their body works and how to take care of it. And, develop important sports skills for lifelong enjoyment of physical activity. Even though the topic areas remain the same over time, they are never duplicated.
KID-FIT has been taught since 1993, has been piloted across the USA and is now offered in all parts of the world. Individuals who teach the KID-FIT program receive training each six weeks and follow a routine designed by the corporate office.
