The Goal: Emphasizing balance and strength, children learn how to control their bodies and perform. Skills are done over and over again until perfectly refined.
Franchises: Children stand in line waiting for a turn. The actual practice time is short and children may only get to do a very limited number of specific tasks due to the waiting. If you're goal is to develop a few Olympic hopefuls, this is great. If you're looking to improve overall health in the majority of children, there are better ways.
KID-FIT: KID-FIT kids never wait in line for a turn. All children have their own equipment so they can practice together at the same time, thereby increasing the number of times they perform each exercise. Every KID-FIT class includes balancing and strengthening activities.
