Michele Silence, M.A. - Founder and CEO

• Formerly owned "Aerobics Addiction" studio in Monrovia, CA
• Fitness professional since 1986.
• Certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise).
• Master's degree in Clinical and Sport Psychology.
• Freelance writer and fitness columnist.
• Continuing Education Provider
• Preschool Advisory Board Member for P.E. Central.
• Fitness consultant, educator, teacher trainer, lecturer, and personal trainer.
• Owns and operates the MOVE IT fitness studio in Arcadia, CA
• Designs, manages and updates the KID-FIT™ program.

KID-FIT™ was created when Michele saw a need for early fitness classes after the birth of her son. With little available in the form of preschool movement programs and inadequacies in those that did exist, she decided to do something to help children start developing healthy lifestyles from the start. KID-FIT™ is a result of that effort and is now serving children throughout world .

USTA member, tournament tennis player, marathon runner, fitness enthusiast. In charge of audio/video/photography, web design and maintenance, presentation development and technical assistance.
