KID-FIT has been an inspiration to me because
it is very important to have a fun physical fitness
program to implement into the children's routine at
my preschool-learning center. The children enjoy the program and they always look forward to a variety of fun activities.
The teacher's are encouraged to use KID-FIT within their lesson plans and they look forward to following a curriculum already established. The varied curriculum assures that children are never bored. It helps with keeping children physically fit and motivated with their learning styles.
This program is a plus to have from a business standpoint as well. Parents are always looking for extra activities so KID-FIT is a positive selling point when attracting prospective parents to the center. I don't charge a fee because the majority of my parent's are receiving government assistance and wouldn't be able to pay for it.
I make sure all my children at the center benefit from this program. Kids are not getting the proper exercise and their eating habits are very poor. This program encourages them to move, make healthier food choices and stimulates the brain which is very important with learning.
