The Goal

Teach specific dances and coordinated routines to develop cardiovascular fitness and movement skills


Generally geared towards girls. Constant movement (needed for heart health and fat burning) may not necessarily be a component of a dance program which is trying to teach specific routines more than giving children a beneficial workout.


As a part of every class, the KID-FIT program features dances that are designed to appeal to both boys and girls. The entire workout, not just the dancing, is kept constantly moving at a pace all children can handle and enjoy. Children receive a true aerobic workout, essential for burning fat and decreasing risk factors for future heart disease. Plus no outfits to buy - just workout clothes and sneakers.
