Emphasizing balance and strength, children learn how to control their bodies and perform. Skills are done over and over again until perfectly refined.


Children stand In line waiting for a turn. The actual practice time Is short and children may only get to do a very limited number of specific tasks due to the waiting. If the goal is to develop a few Olympic hopefuls. this is great. To improve overall health in the majority of children, there are too many components of fitness missing.


Every KID-FIT class includes balancing and strengthening activities And, KID-FIT kids never wait in line for a turn. All children have their own equipment so they can practice together at the same time, thereby increasing the number of times they perform each exercise.
